- If a customer would like a refund, they either need to notify Copag USA before the order is fulfilled or return the items purchase in new/unopened condition.
- If we can cancel the order before it is picked up by the carrier, you will be refunded the full amount of your order including shipping.

- No refunds will be issued for Copag cards, related Accessories, and other products that have been used.
