Shipping and Return Policy


Standard shipping is processed and shipped with either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The handling time in 1-2 business days and the transit time is typically 2-4 business days. 

We offer Route shipping insurance to help protect the value of your shipment from door-to-door in the case your package is lost or potentially stolen after being marked as "delivered". Customers that do not choose Route insurance and have their order marked as "delivered" but claim that they did not receive it, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Claims for lost packages must be processed directly with Route to receive a refund or replacement in this instance. If the package is lost in transit and not marked as "delivered", Copag USA will do its best to assist in locating the package with the carrier. 


We want every customer to be a satisfied customer at We work very hard to ensure that the merchandise we sell is of the highest quality and free of defects. If you would like to return an unused product, we will accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of the package. We have the discretion to charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. You should not open your products and then expect to return them to us. is not offering a "try it before you buy it" service. In essence, any merchandise returned should be able to be resold.

If your item is defective, please visit the warranty tab on for more information on how to get replacements. 

If your item was damaged during shipment, will assist you by filing a claim with the courier responsible for damaging your product. We will coordinate the claim filing process, but you must work with us in this regard by providing the proper information to us and possibly to the courier. The courier will reserve the right to inspect your packaging before allowing us to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we will reship your items.

Returns & Exchanges Procedures:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Copag cards, related Accessories, and other products that have been used.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Copag cards, related Accessories, and other products that have been received over 7 days before the initial request to return.
  • A 20% restocking fee could be charged on certain returns
  • All Products will be inspected prior to issuing a refund for compliance with our return policy. If a product is found to be improper and not in compliance with our return policy, a refund will not be issued and we will be unable to ship the product back to you without receiving payment for the reshipping costs.
  • All returns or exchanges must be arranged by phone at (561)743-9300 or email at prior to returning ANY order.
  • All returned merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Shipping returns back to are at the expense of the customer.
  • The customer must complete the return product form and enclose it with the return. Our customer service staff will email you this form upon calling them.
